We’ve Done Something Wonderful
I designed and compiled this compendium during Year 1 Semester 1 of BA(Hons) Design Practice (Communication) in NAFA. This publication features a distinctive purple sleeve packaging with a laser-cut title, allowing users to pull out the contents while revealing an inner gradient cover.
The assignment was to create a compendium documenting research on projects relating to environmental sustainability and social inclusion. “We’ve Done Something Wonderful” specifically delves into the concept of regenerative travel - exploring what it entails, its application to tourism and its potential as a solution.
It was also selected to be showcased during the fourth draft of Page Break’s exhibition space in Singapore Art Museum. Page Break Student Showcase features books made by design and photography students from four local tertiary institutions whose lecturers are practising artists and/or designers who actively encourage bookmaking as part of the curriculum. Page Break is a work-in-progress curatorial project by Berny Tan.
